Carrie’s motto is "Fit For Life." Four components need to be addressed to achieve fitness: strength training, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and nutrition/weight management. Carrie offers a customized fitness program addressing all these components, or individual strength training sessions, and group Pilates classes for core strength and flexibility. She believes a mind-body exercise class such as Pilates completes a total fitness program where movements are teamed with breathing patterns to leave you feeling invigorated.
